West Valley IPA
Description: 6 % ABV | 80 IBU
A sixty minute boil using high alpha acid hop, Chinook, brings a smoky character to the boil. Using a light malted barley. Our beers go through a primary and secondary fermentation. Then the beer is bottled and or Taxi Heathrow to London keg conditioned. All of our beers are brewed with artesian well water.

A sixty minute boil using high alpha acid hop, Chinook, brings a smoky character to the Taxi Heathrow boil. Using a light malted barley. Our beers go through a primary and secondary fermentation. Then the beer is bottled and or keg conditioned. All of our beers are brewed with artesian well water.
Dark Pony—Dark Chocolate Coffee Stout
Description: 5% ABV | 40 IBU
A sixty-minute boil using a high alpha acid hop, Chinook, brings a smoky character to the boil. Using a full bodied burnt barley, a medium malted barley in addition, deep brewed espresso and a dark chocolate were added Taxi Gatwick to London to bring to this rich and flavorful stout. As always, brewed with artesian well water and naturally carbonated.
Hoppy Harwood—Fresh Hop IPA
Description: 5% ABV | 80 IBU
A sixty- minute boil using loads of Cascade hops bringing a moderate bitterness and light citrus-floral tones. At the end of the boil we used fresh Tettnanger hops which gives the brew a mellow flavor and spicy and floral notes. Light roasted malted barley, artesian well Taxi Gatwick water and naturally carbonated. This beer is only available in October for the Fresh Hop Ale Festival or a lucky tavern.
